“Brutal Panda 残酷熊猫”乐队于2023年在四川成都成立，音乐作品风格主要为传统残酷死亡金属，死核，slam。 乐队成员由鼓手宋彦达、吉他手辛宇/刘金涛、主唱懒懒/鬼樱5人组成。
"Brutal Panda 残酷熊猫" is a Chinese brutal death metal/slam/deathcore band from Chengdu，Sichuan. The band was established in 2023, with drummer Yanda Song, guitarists Yu Xin/Jintao Liu, and vocalists Lanlan/Solar Zheng.

About our band's name
在中国古代神话故事中，熊猫被称作“食铁兽”。
In ancient Chinese mythological stories, pandas are called "Shi Tie Shou(which means'Metal-eating beasts')".
《山海经》记载一种食铁兽，“此兽食铁铜，不食其他。” 《神异经》中有记载说:“南方有兽焉，角足大小形状如水牛，皮毛黑如漆，食铁饮水，其粪可为兵器，其利如刚，名日啮铁。” 《尔雅·释兽》中：“似熊，头小，脚麻，黑白分明，能舔铜铁竹骨。” 这些古籍中对于熊猫的记述，大概就是熊猫的别称————“食铁兽”的由来。

As mentioned in "Er Ya" Shi Shou "Like a bear,has a smaller head, sturdy arms and legs, black and white hair.They can lick copper, iron, and bamboo." Those description of pandas in these ancient books are probably the origin of panda's another name - "Metal-eating beast".
同时，熊猫也是神话传说中上古大神蚩尤大战炎帝时冲锋陷阵的坐骑；这足以证明熊猫在古人心目中的崇高地位与强悍的战斗力。

乐队名“残酷熊猫”，讽刺了人类对于动物形象傲慢的主观审美，其中“残酷”一词体现了乐队音乐风格的凶狠与残暴,乐队的成立与活动地点也是熊猫的发源地。
The band name "Brutal Panda" satirizes people's subjective aesthetic of animal, and the term "Brutal" reflects the ferocity and brutality of the band's music style. The location of the band's establishment and band's mainly activity location are also the birthplace of pandas.
